1. What is the Silva Method?

4. Are there any discounts for the courses?

Yes, there are significant early bird discounts for all courses. The earlier you book the less you pay. Please also note that the best value is the Silva 360 course which comprises both the Silva Life System (Part I) and the Silva Intuition System (Part II). 5. Can I repeat the course free of tuition fees?

Yes, upon completion of the Silva Method program you are provided with a Silva ID number which you can quote in the future in order to repeat the course free of tuition charges. There is only a minimal seating fee which covers the costs of teas and coffees.

6. How can I find out more? Can I get a taster of the course?

Yes, you are welcome to join us for a free taster of the course, without any obligations, during the first morning of the Silva Life System. Alternatively, you may wish to attend one of our Silva Method presentations which are frequently organized across the course. 7. I live abroad and I would like to attend a course in Cyprus. Could you help me with my accommodation and flights?

Yes, definitely. Feel free to send us an email and we can help you out with the entire booking process. We would also be in a position to recommend suitable flight and accommodation options at benefitial rates.

8. Are there any live webinars?

Yes, live webinars take place approximately once a month and are open to all Silva Method graduates. They usually last about 1.5 hours and they provide people the opportunity to ask questions, benefit from a relaxation exercise, and learn about new techniques and silva method developments.
